I should 100% be studying for the math test that I have tomorrow, but instead, I'm trying to rid my computer of viruses and trojans while ignoring my calculus book sitting open beside me. I'd much rather go to bed than read through a chapter about techniques that I don't remember and don't understand. Getting a virus was a much needed excuse to blow off studying - not that I had much time for it anyway, as I've only been at home for about 3 nonconsecutive hours. I really should just grab my book and start reviewing, but I'm stubborn [haha] and haven't understood any of the material we've "covered" for the past 2 days. Exponential functions and transformations just throw me off, although I had a solid understanding of them last year during precal. I don't know why I've forgotten everything [excluding that three months we had off, of course], but I feel like this is just one of my patterns again; freshman year, I took a math that was too easy for me and easily got 100s on almost everything; sophomore year, I took a math that was too hard for me and barely scraped by with low Bs; rinse and repeat.
I think I beat the virus. Maybe I shouldn't say that. Jinx?
It's okay; I knocked on wood.
I'm sleepy and have decided in the time that it took my computer to restart to at least review the precalculus that I don't understand. Sigh.

SCHOOL SUCKS =)
Listening to: Histrionics by The Higher
What I Should Be Doing: Studying for my exams/sleeping
I'm Also: Talking to my buddy Allie, trying to remember what my old website was called, playing Solitaire, stalking my old Neofriends, and checking some of my REALLY old e-mail addresses
Music Reccomendation of the Day: Dare by The Higher
I wish I could remember everything.
And I mean everything.
I can't remember half my old e-mail addresses/Neopets usernames/websites. It's kind of sad.
Really don't want school tomorrow.
At least it's a review day and the schedule's shortened.
You know, those don't sound great put next to each other.
I really miss the summer I spent on Neopets, working with other Neopet users on screenshot projects and complaining about my sisters to them and Harry Potter roleplaying on the boards and promoting my friend's guild and learning HTML and how to make layouts.
Back before they got the sucky layout. I hate it.

Go Stick a Fork in a Toaster in EUROPE!
Listening to: Vermilion Pt. 2 by Slipknot
What I Should Be Doing: Printing out my friend's essay and figuring out when my free period ends
Yeah, I'm at school again. I should have internet tonight or Monday or sometime this weekend, I think. But with my luck, we won't get internet back till like next year. xD
I have so many Slipknot songs, but I don't ever listen to them. I blame Hunter. :D He gave me the CDs and I just downloaded a million songs from 'em.
Anyway. We had to break into our house on Wednesday 'cause all the doors were locked and we didn't have a key for any of them. =D Yup. Um. We broke a window. It was amazing. xP
I keep saying that "It was amazing." I'm also saying "Go stick a fork in a toaster in EUROPE!" instead of "Die!"
=)

Bob's Too Special For Blue Eyes!
Listening to: Sleep, Everyone by Powerspace
Sleep, Everyone is probably one of my favorite songs off The Kicks of Passion. I don't really know why. =) It just kind of makes me happy. I also really like Right Here, Right Now, Dancing in the Future, Be Aggressive, and Amplifire. Okay, fine, I love like the entire CD. xD Except for I Met My Best Friend in Prague and This Is Not What You Had Planned. But still. =P
Day 2 of school went kinda boring. It was better today, but it feels like we've been at school for like a week or two already. So much homework... I should be doing my English homework right now, but I've been putting it off 'cause it's kinda confusing. Ah well.
My school shoes came todaaaay. They look very uncomfortable. =D
Nothing else happened today. Fun, right? xP Well, some bad stuff. But I'm not gonna worry about that now. Too much to worry about without all that. =)
Oh! My concert tickets came!!! I'm really happy about that. They're purdy and shiny and green. =) I'm excited for that concert. It should be awesome. *happy* Only 2 months left. xP
Everybody Hates Me by The Crash Moderns is an insanely amazing song and it wakes me up really fast. xD
Too many smileys in this one... Rawr.

I Don't Roll In Sketchy Areas
Listening to: Of All We've Known by Just Surrender
I went down to the CD store with my friend and my brother to pick up/buy If These Streets Could Talk, and they had the Powerspace CD too, so I got 'em both. =) The This Providence CD will be in Thurdsay, so if I can get enough money together, I'll go back down and buy that one. xD
I started school today, too. Most of my classes kind of stink. Not that school's that fun. But usually I have better classes/like my classes more. I hate having my free period third... =( Oh well. Today just felt like a million years. It took forever. But I'm like the only one that felt like that. Funny.
Anyways. I have a TON of homework to do... Algebra 2 problems, reading for World History, reading for Chemistry, reading for Survey of Brit. Lit.... It'll be interesting. Heh. =)
Oh, and I'm starting horseback riding again this Thursday... So that'll be good. Though I'm really lazy. xD And it's like 90 degrees out every day. And it's so ENORMOUSLY humid. Heh.

The Polar Bears Don't Like You, Ryan!
Listening to: Chop Chop by The Academy Is...
I officially love The Academy Is... even more than I did before. x) The concert should be insanely awesome. Now I've just gotta make sure to remember the whole 'Mike, we love you but get a haircut!' sign. Anna's convinced somebody that's obsessed with him will like attack us, but I'm willing to take that chance. =P I'm excited! It gives me something to look forward to, now that we're starting school again.
Yeah, school. It starts tomorrow. I have to go back and highlight the quotes I used in my English book and skim the book I had to read for history, since I barely remember any of that. :D I have to wear my school shoes from last year, which are REALLY beat up and drawn all over, since the shoes we ordered won't show up till tomorrow afternoon. After school. xD Normally, that wouldn't matter, 'cause this is the first year we've started on a Monday... It stinks. Anyways. I'm nervous about school, but I'm excited too. It's weird.
Yeah, yesterday when I checked my schedule online [because I lost the print out already], it was different. Good thing I checked, 'cause only two of the classes are the same. Which kind of stinks. I was REALLLLY mad when I found that out. But it turns out I have more classes with my friends than I thought... Except I have free period alone, which really stinks. I didn't have anyone in my free period last year and it really kind of stunk. So I'm worried. =) Maybe I'll make friends. :P Yeah, that's like my goal this year. Make a new friend. Of course, it was my goal last year too, and it didn't happen. xD
The party was insanely awesome. Though we ended up doing like none of the stuff we planned. No T-shirts. Heh. We just kinda did nothing for a long time, but we were really high on life and it was fun. =) Anna and I googled Bill [from TAI] for like an hour and a half and we all made fun of The Karate Kid 3 and infomercials and watched Futurama. I laughed so hard for so long that my throat hurts. :D We're going to be dead tomorrow at school though, since four of the six of us didn't go to sleep until 7 AM and then woke up at like 11. Well, Allie slept till 1, but still... xD
By the way. Ryan Ross is responsible for everything bad in the world. For example, school starting on a Monday instead of a Tuesday, summer reading, global warming, and Anna not wanting to go meet The Academy Is... when we had the chance. He's mean. xD

Eating Four Chicken Nuggets Takes Me Like Two Minutes
Listening to: my fan moving the plastic bag on my bed.
I post on this too much. Anyway. I realized I was broke last night and complained to my parents, who gave me the job of picking up dog poop in the backyard for $30. Fortunately, I didn't end up doing that. xP My sister's having a 'back to school' party/barbecue tonight and our house was like insanely dirty, so I decided to help my mom for cash. Which is kinda neat, 'cause I woulda helped even if she didn't pay me. Even though she hasn't yet.
Anyway. I just cleaned off the lawn chairs, helped set up the tables and tablecloths, cleaned the windows/doors, blew up balloons and tied strings to them for a game, helped set up a few games, swept the patio, put the beer, soda, and water into coolers, lit the candles, and set out the food. It took like 3 hours to do all that, but that's okay. xD Her party starts in like five minutes. =P
I took a "lunch break" with my brother and walked down to the CD store near my house and guess what! They didn't have any of the CDs, either, but they're gonna have the Powerspace CD and the This Providence CD in on Monday after 4, so I'm pretty happy. I also ordered the old Just Surrender CD, If These Streets Could Talk and I'm excited. :D I have to go pick it up/pay for it after 4 on Monday, but hey, that's cool. I can get all 3 CDs then if I want. *dance* Then we went to McDonalds and ate lunch. xD
So today was pretty amazing, even though it's like 100 degrees outside with the humidity and I didn't actually buy any of my CDs and I worked for like 3 hours outside in the heat. But hey. I'm pretty dang happy.
For the next few hours, I'm gonna hide in my room while the kids are running around the house. :D And maybe sneak for some food, 'cause I'm hungry. xP
My friends and I are having a 'back-to-school' party tomorrow and we're making T-shirts, which is gonna be awesome. Iron-on transfer junk, I think. It'll be cool. =)
